Even though we all know that no one can tell you if you will get in or not, what if we had a special place where people could post their stats and people could tell them what they need to improve on to make their application the most competitive that it can be. Not so much a chance forum, but kind of like a critique forum. Sort of like the introductions. People could post their stats and others could chime in and say things like your leadership is lacking or try to get a varsity sport. Things like that.

While we do encourage discussions of all types, including chances threads, I think it makes more sense to leave those at the individual academy level. This is for two reasons. First, a lot of people have a primary academy in mind and if they are looking to bring a particular area up it makes sense to put it in that forum. Second, as you stated the idea of chances of admission is a little difficult to analyze and while it is something to consider for admissions, I don't think it should be the focus of a separate forum.
