I am currently active duty Marine Corps and I found out I have Spondolylosis off of a routine X Ray last year. My DoDMERB package has been under review for about a month. They requested a remedial and it turned out to be just a Food Allergy Questionnaire. I heard when they request a remedial, what they requested will be the deciding factor for a qualification status. Does that mean my spondolylosis is not a problem. It was found off a routine test, no pain, have a 300 CFT and 278 PFT.

I do not know if spondylolysis would be a problem, however DODMERB is most likely unaware of it, if you did not tell them about it. If you have told them about it, and they are only asking about food allergies then you are good to go.
