Changed from 3 to 4 year scholarship w no notice?

My daughter received an email from her College ROTC asking for her to bring all her info to start her scholarship next week. She was awarded the 3 yr and is a freshman. They insisted that they double checked with cadet command that she has the 4 year. I hope this is true, but it’s the first time she’s been told this. Has anyone else ever have this happen? It seems to good to be true so don’t want to count on it just yet.
 
Well it turned out she did get upgraded! Can’t believe she didn’t see this email but glad she got bumped up! I was getting pretty mad about not seeing the email but congratulating her simultaneously!
