Changing ALOs

Good evening all,

My mentor ALO hasn't responded to either of my emails and it's been over two weeks since the most recent one.

Is there any way to change ALO's?

My son cannot get a response back from Evaluator ALO even though it’s been referred to the regional ALO. This is totally bizarre. It’s not even the busy part of the cycle yet. Crickets

Cc your team on your next ALO email. Be polite, maybe mention that you have made several attempts and follow up with a specif question.

if that doesn’t produce a result, a direct email to your team with dates of your emails, etc.

There are several ALOs on this forum that can help.

I am one of those "Mentor & Evaluator" ALOs. What T-37IP said is exactly what I would repeat!!!

Team Blue and Team Silver have "special powers" and once they're "in the loop" things will happen.

How long should it take an ALO to respond to an email you send? I want to make sure I give them an appropriate time to respond, but I also understand that messages sometimes go to spam/junk. Thank you for the advice!

I have not received a response back from my Evaluator ALO either. It has been almost a month with 3 emails sent.

Contact your team tomorrow, with dates of your emails. Nearly a month to hear from your evaluator ALO is not acceptable. Polite, accurate, professional email to your team.

My son did this. Team Blue sent a request to regional ALO. Still nothing. Now on second request to Team Blue. Nothing. Everything else is completely done

I got a new Evaluator ALO assigned and he responded within one day of my email.
