How will the deal work with shower shoes? Should we bring those or will we get a pair issued?

I believe this form was attached to an e-mail sent out by the Cadet Clinic a week or two ago, maybe check your inbox or spam folder?
 
24601, which checklist are you referring to? We don't see any that states we need this.

Found the information in an emailed sent on June 3rd. Thanks "My Life as a Cadet Parent" FB page for the heads up. About 20 documents attached in that email. Guess there is still more paperwork to do!
 
Thank you for this tread. My DS missed the email from the cadet clinic on June 3, since it was in his junk folder. Thanks to seeing this thread he was able to find it and get the rest of the forms he needed to take with him. He left today, a few days early, to try to acclimate to the climate. And with all his paperwork in order, hopefully will not stand out too much with the cadre.
