Son is 4 year Scholarship Army ROTC. Going through the DODMERB process and at last stage. He needs a PFT. Does this have to be by a specialist or can a general practitioner administer? Thx
FACT:
The preferred method is to obtain thru Civ Team on the www.dodmets website.
PFT - Pulmonary Function Test.
Board certified allergist or Pulmonologist.
Thanks for all you do! The time you have spent offline is an incredible endorsement of your concern and passion for guiding this generation of students/warriors! I cannot begin to thank you enough for your input and guidance these last several months! Myself and Davis are so thankful. To all the posters on this forum- Appreciate the guidance and time Mr. Mullen brings to the table. He has been a Godsend to my family! Thank you and Godspeed!!Have your son....the applicant...send me an email: Lawrence.e.mullen.civ@mail.mil; provide complete name and last 4; paste the posting about to the email. I can assist better from there.
For you...google DODMERB; hit "questions on the process;" read paragraph 4. I'm sure you'll understand
