Class of 2015 - Mailbox Stalkers Club

This is great news with some families receiving calls from the Congressmen! My son is having problems emptying his mailbox/VM from phone and I told him to fix it pronto! I'm hoping this is the week! But, I thinking the end of next week is more likely........

Where's my tylenol? DS went on spring break skiing and came back intact. However, one of the friends in the group had concussion snowboarding. Scary! Keep the news coming...
 
Congrats to those who have rec'd the MOC phone call! The ph number on DS's app is our home phone, so I have forwarded the home phone. I am one telemarketer away from some serious craziness! LOL

Congrats to all the recent phone calls! How exciting. I just put my Plebe on a plane yesterday to head back to USNA, and can't believe how fast the year has gone!
 
I have changed my cell phone ring tone. It is now the theme from "Jaws"..........
 
I haven't posted in awhile, but I thought I should join this "stalker's club"(support group :biggrin:). I am on vacation in Alaska waiting for my BFE! My mom was left in charge of the stalking.

I told him her schedule, school, soccer practice..etc I was trying to think fast...lol..under pressure...and asked if he could possibly call her at school. He said "of course". So I asked him to give me a minute to call the school and have them pull her out of class for the call. She was so excited:jump1: They took a picture of her on the phone for me. I love this! Fortunately for us we got rid of our home phone a while ago. My cell is now our home phone and we rarely get telemarketing calls on it. DS just sent me a text and I was holding my breath as I checked what it said.... something about a friend gave him a coupon for $40 off a prom tux! UGH, he never texts me during the day!!!!

It was Congressman John Barrow...district 12

It seems that GA is well represented on the appt list...I am hoping you will hear soon. I know that all of us parents have been experiencing so many emotions on this year long journey. My best to your family

DD and I are sooo excited!! Got a call this morning from MOC. She has her appointment! The wait is finally over.. or has it just begun. :) Good luck everyone!

Prom Tux! At a time like this! LOL My son has only texted me once from school and it said "mom plz don't call my cell when I am in school". I had pocket dialed him by mistake! :rolleyes: So I'm with you, Mattsmom, if I saw a text from DS I would faint! Also, it is DS's bday tomorrow so what a nice birthday present THAT would be.

Our DS's bday was on the 7th. We were soooo hoping for a phone call that day, and still has still not come yet. Arrrggg!
 
Wow, congrats to all! Hopefully this is the week too. I'm in Georgia as well as many of the others in this thread. Received a nomination from Senator Isakson, and he notifies appointments by mail... I'm going to be a lot more nervous than usual when checking the mail.
 
False alarm...was sprinting up stairs (my business is in the basement of my home) to answer the home phone line. Everyone on here getting calls has me a bit jumpy....lol... Turns out it was someone trying to sell ACT or SAT exam prep materials for my oldest daughter (who is now a Sophomore....). OK...deep breath, let blood pressure ease back down....
 
I have been stalking for a long time.....I am just about ready to jump out of my skin! Congrats to all that received appointments:thumb: and here's hoping for that BFE for the rest of our sons or daughters!
