You mean the bump down in SATs/ACTs. The upper quartile is higher, the mean scores are lower. We see what we want. lol So much for the "no spin zone" with this one.

The bump up from the last two years - upper quartile is higher so are the mean scores. Before that the data is presented in a different format.

Gotta love this forum - always interesting.

It's the old, new story. If it's told often enough, forcefully enough, some will begin to believe it. Seems some already are drinking it in. And time will allow twisting the tale sufficiently that history gets muddled.

They's smarter, brighter, faster, passin' more tests, and on and on and on. Sorry but when Fowler slipped up and revealed some of this when the changes were implemented the pic became clear, crystal.
 
This is not that complicated. The mean scores are higher over the last two years. You said they were down. Are you saying the mean scores are not higher from last year and the year before?
