Clothing At NASS

Hi all,
I have been fortunate enough to be accepted into NASS this upcoming summer, and had a question regarding clothing at NASS. On the “items to bring with you” page, it does not list any sort of dress attire. By this I mean khakis, collared shirts, dress shoes etc. Hoping that someone can point me in the right direction on this, and let me know if I do or do not need to bring khakis/polo etc. for workshops.

Hi! I attended NASS last year and really, you don't need much. They give you all the shirts you need, you'll have PT gear, really I would recommend just bringing some shorts to wear as it is pretty hot over there. You'll have no need for khakis/polos, you'll wear your own pants and the shirt they'll give to you for workshops. Hope this helps.

Hey, I know this is different but I was waitlisted to NASS and wanted to see if anyone has any information on the likelihood of being chose off the waitlist. It’s been two weeks that I’ve been on the waitlist so far. I’m really hoping to make it off but I’m unsure of the possibility of it happening

You will not need any other clothes than what you wear into the Academy with and what is on the packing list. While there, you will not have an opportunity to wear anything else but the NASS gear provided. Have a great time and hope all goes well!
