College Re-applicant follow up

My DS is a re-applicant and has submitted the two required forms to DoDMERB since he was already cleared last year. He just wants to do a quick follow up and make sure it was received. What is the best way to do that and any idea how long that takes to get updated to the USNA. We are aware of the issues with DoDMERB and the portal updates with USNA. His application is complete and he has his nomination so we just want to be sure to follow up. Any help would be appreciated.

If I may ask, about how long from the completion of DODMERB ( reads qualified) to the uupdated portal? USAFA particularly

DoDMERB transmits to them daily. How long it takes them, I can't answer:wiggle:
