DS portal recently changed to "Complete & On Hold". The only blurb it says is " case managers have identified errors in your exam records. We are working to resolve these issues with your Providers". Does this mean something went wrong at the exam? We did have a few concerns bc he had surgery over the summer, so also not sure if it relates to this. Any ideas? We are/ were expecting to have some remedials bc of labrum surgery. Just hoping it's not the end of the line this early- if there is anything we can do to prep for next step we want to be ready. Appreciate any input
