"Complete & on hold"

Our honor and privilege to serve----U2 :wiggle:

Ugh. Its been almost 3 weeks since the “Complete and on hold” status. I called the providers today and they said they weren‘t notified of any errors. I realize that this is a super busy time for all involved but I just feel a little helpless and just hate to think that it just may be a little clerical oversight that has my approval on hold. Praying for an answer.

Don't stress out too much about it. I also was on the same "Complete and on Hold" Status for two weeks. However, the day after DoDMETS sent my file over, I got a DoDMERB Qualified Status.

So the status went to "Closed" after sending the email to Mr. Mullen. Wow. Just wow. A mountain of thanks goes to @MullenLE . I greatly appreciate the assistance and encouragement from all on this thread.

I'd like to think I have those magical powers...but I do not :wiggle:

I ever thought I would pick anyone over Chuck Norris in any kind of dicey situation, but Mr. Mullen would be that person after seeing his work ethic after returning to SAF.
😁

Thanks:rockon::spacecraft: In deference to the infamous Rep James Traficant..."Beam me up Scottie!!!

So you were complete and on hold without having any errors? I have the same status but I do have errors I am sure because I will need to get a waiver for anemia.

Taking the advice from this wonderful thread: DS has been complete and on hold since 3/29/21. We called the doctor's office today and they said they didn't have anything they were told to follow up on with the CIV Team. So we called the CIV team and they told us that the doctor's office hadn't recorded DS's sitting height. Also, DS needed to send CIV team an email that he had his wisdom teeth extracted with no residual issues. The wisdom teeth issue came up at the medical appt because he forgot that it's considered surgery so he didn't put it on his exam forms. Since his exam status says "no additional action is required on your behalf", there was no way to know they needed this disclaimer without calling to find out.

So DS has emailed CIV with that disclaimer, and CIV team has stated they'll reach out to the doctor's office to get the sitting height. Hopefully that will close the loop on this.

Take away: If it's been awhile, call the folks involved since there may be actions needed on your part, notwithstanding the status message.
