Concorde Help

Yesterday I received yet another bill from the hospital I did my medical remedial at. A month ago I received the first bill and called Concorde. They told me to fax it over and I did. I guess they never paid it because I have sixty days to pay this bill or else I get turned over to a collection agency. Not good...

I am not really sure what to do now. Call Concorde and fax the new bill over? I don't even have a fax machine I had to go to the UPS store and pay to fax the last one over.
