Conditional Appointment/ Waiver

I was offered a conditional appointment last week which is contingent upon me accessing a medical waiver. I am obviously very honored to have been offered the appointment, but I do not want to become overconfident just to be dissapointed in the end. April 15th is rapidly apporaching and I still haven't heard anything. I was wondering if anyone knows how often medical boards are being conducted, if at all? Is there anyone I can contact to find out the details of my case?
