Confusing dates seen on portal

I was looking at my portal today and saw that all the dates have changed. For example, I completed my BGO interview back in October, however it's saying that I only got it done yesterday. This same date is being applied to all my categories (except for my high school transcript that has yet to be uploaded to the system). Between the deadline being tomorrow and USNA testing out a new application site, there is bound to be technical difficulties. I just wanted to see if anyone on here had the same problem.

Yes, you are not alone. Everything DS requested in July and submitted in August read correctly at first and then the dates all changed to a date in mid September.
 
That happened to me as well when I emailed admissions about a glitch in my portal about a month ago. The dates changed from September-November to February 5th. I don’t think it should be an issue. I am also waiting for my transcript to be validated.

Don’t assume that this is a problem. As has been well documented here, USNA is breaking in a new software system. Glitches are inevitable. But just because a date changed doesn’t mean something’s wrong. Now if the portal indicated that something you’d submitted wasn’t received, that would be an issue. But a change of dates, I don’t think so. Sit tight.
 
yeah I just noticed tonight mine did the same thing. previously they all had different dates ranging from August (when I first started submitting things) to January (when I submitted the application), but now everything except nominations says submitted yesterday (2/26/2021) and received by USNA today (2/27/2021). Additionally, every item is check-marked as received except high school transcripts.

However, I read an email a while back that says this:
"Transcripts: This is our first admissions year accepting digital transcripts, so some confusion is to be expected. For those candidates unaware, your counselor should submit a digital copy of your transcript along with the rest of your academic information, so when you see that "Academic Information Recommendation" has been received, it should mean that your transcript was received as well. However, the "High School Transcript" is not marked as received until it is reviewed by one of our Application Examiners, who check to ensure completed applications are in good order before being viewed by the Admissions Board. This means that "High School Transcript" usually will not be marked as received until after the application is finished. Your best way to determine if your transcript was submitted is to ask the counselor you listed."

So I guess it just means my application hasn't gone through the admissions review board yet. Do you guys agree or have any thoughts/disagreements?

Everything is very interesting. I sent my college transcript weeks after my high school transcript, and yet it got verified first. Meanwhile my high school transcript still has yet to be verified. Not sure if this means I've been reviewed by the board yet, but I feel like I wouldn't be if my application wasn't deemed 100% complete via admissions.

Yep, I have the same thing happen to me. Dates changed on almost everything to submitted-2/22 and received-2/23. Dates on my SAT score and Nomination on the right-hand side remained the same. This could be a simple glitch with the new system but I am speculating that the date change means that the admission board reviewed my application. But that's me just grasping at straws ... very thin straws. High School Transcript still is not checked off.

All we can do now is sit tight.

My high school transcript said it got checked off on the 28th. Along with many of my other previously unchecked bits. I would probably email or call admissions at this point
