Rereading the information mailed to me when I received my NROTC-MO Scholarship, it said something about contacting my assigned unit. I was under the impression that when I cleared DoDMERB and it got closer to the summer for NSI that I would get more information from NROTC and my unit. Is it my job to contact them?

I've been accepted to the school I got my scholarship to, btw.

I wouldn't say it's your job to contact them, as they should know to contact you; but it is the smart play. I never trust large organizations to work the way they are supposed to. Start building relationships now. Also, they'll let you know about orientation and what you need to bring. They'll also tell you when to report to school. Good luck and congratulations! There is nothing better than being a Marine officer, or so my son tells me. Well, except being a brewmaster at a craft brewery.... that might be better, but not as inspiring! :D

EDIT: I wanted to add that this is a great time to start taking responsibility and addressing issues yourself, not that you're not doing that. Do not count on your unit and the MOI to hold your hand. Step up and get the job done... do that always and you'll get outstanding reviews.
