Hi,
I am a freshman who just joined my school's Army ROTC program. I had two questions
1. How do you stay competitive for a contract (general tips), especially because I can not compete until I have my waiver go through for the below question.
2. I tore my ACL and had it reconstructed in 2017 - I am perfectly capable of physical activity and am in no pain. I was wondering if anyone has gone through this specific waiver process (it is somewhat common) and know how easy it is to get a waiver/how long it took you considering I am past the 1 year of surgery and my leg is okay.
Thanks.
