Creating an ROTC Army account

Been doing the basic registration and every time I hit register I never have yet received a confirmation email to complete the registration. I’ve checked Junk folder and still nothing. Advice?

DS was trying to access his account last night, but the page wouldn't load. Hoping it's just under maintenance right now?
 
DS emailed Cadet Command and was told IT is aware of the issue and working on it. Not sure if this also applies to creating ROTC accounts, but since yesterday DS hasn't been able to access the scholarship login page. Hope that helps. I'm sure it'll be up and running soon enough.
 
Any update on this my son is looking to download the PFA to print to bring to his interview and its still down.

No update from earlier today to my knowledge. But good luck to your son in his interview!

The Website still was down all day yesterday - and is still down today - for login. Any one else experiencing this problem?
 
Our DS experienced IT problems with NROTC all weekend. He needed to print app to take to this morning's interview. He emailed the interviewer last night about it. This am, when he arrived the interviewer had him log in to his account in the office and they went over his application together. According to the LT. IT issues with DOD sites are somewhat common. Good luck to your DS.
