We are in the process of getting remedials done - one of which is
R251.00 - Incomplete or illegible DD Form 2351 - missing evaluation(s)
One item is circled on the copy we were sent (item 52 - son is thrilled since he definitely remembers this part of the exam being done!

DoDMERB keeps hanging up on me - everyone is busy - guess they don't have call waiting??
Anyways, the question is - do we have our doctor modify the copy we were sent or fill out a new DD Form 2351??
