hello, I just checked my westpoint portal and I saw a green check mark under a new sub section called nominations. I got a nomination code NJ09 and I was wondering if I got a nomination or if this was something else. thank you!
 
That is certainly a nomination you have received. However, you may want to edit your original post as the code you shared gives away your district in New Jersey (unless you're okay with that).
 
Yes, this is a nomination. I got one today as well from my Congressman.

USMA does not send email updates like some of the academies. Your RC May email you about certain things but you won’t get system generated notices to check your portal etc.

congratulations to you! Yup, that's what it looks like. From your local representative. One popped up in our son's portal before he got letters from the representative. Had to look on the forum to learn what it meant. Do your happy dance!!!!
