Did Mr. Mullen ever get a Successor?

I remember him being super extremely helpful back when I was an applicant and was wondering if his successor ever made an account on this website. One of the AIMsters I met over the summer told me that she needed to get a medical waiver so I was hoping I could point her in the right direction...

There is now an 800 number staffed with lots of "Mr. Mullens." They are available to assist with questions about DODMERB, to help with remedials, etc.

From anecdoctal reports on this forum, it appears they are equally helpful. I would start with them.
