I need help filling out the direct deposit sign-up form for ROTC.

What should I put as the type of payment? (Mil. active? Other?)

What do I write under claim or payroll ID number?

What should I put under allotment of payment?

Yea, you need to talk to your cadre because when I filled that out they told us what to put and what we didn't need to fill out on it.

I agree, just wait and let them direct you. That ID number is not short, it is very long. 1 transposed number and your pay is floating in the black hole of banking for a very long time.
