Hi I just finished up my application and didn't fully complete my medical evaluation, I got recommended for NAPS and I'm really trying to know if I got in this is a dream school for me and I would be awesome so does anyone know if I need a medical evaluation to get my full answer or will I get it before?

NO.

You can receive a Letter of Assurance which is a "conditioned" offer of appointment (e,g, - This is an offer of appointment if you get medically qualified by DoDMERB or medically waived by the USNA.").

Congratulations! Follow through with the DODMERB process asap!

1) Why didn't you complete your Medical ?
2) What do you mean "you got recommended for NAPS?" Sure , a BGO can recommend NAPS, but the truth is everyone is considered, whether we say it or not. If you are offered NAPS, it will most certainly be conditioned upon being physically qualified ... the Navy is not going to spend time and money on someone without knowing that you are eligible for commissioning (at least initially).

In short, no you can't get an appointment. Yes, you can get an LOA, but not an appointment which is all that really matters.

Think of it in this way, the Admissions Committee only reviews completed applications for appointment. If your file is incomplete, then, to paraphrase the musical Hamilton, it wouldn't even be "in the room where it happened"!

That doesnt quite make sense to me. Why could they do LOAs at all, if they were waiting on everything to be complete before a review. I must be missing something.

The LOA lets you know that they're interested in you provided you complete all of the requirements for appointment.

That is incorrect... the Admissions Board evaluates whether you are Admissions qualified, ie.. grades, athletic, leadership. This is independent of Medical Evaluation. Candidates are frequently "Admissions Board Qualified" , one of the 3 Q's, before DODMERB is complete.

That said, an Offer of Appointment will not be made until 3Q (Admission, CFA, and Medical). It is possible for Admissions to evaluate the application, and determine a Candidate is better suited for NAPS, in which case they could conceivably (I've never seen it done, but presume its theoretically possible) to give an LOA for NAPS, but one of the conditions would have to be medical qualification. As stated above, if you are not medically qualified, they aren't going to let you go to NAPS.

Also not sure what OP means by "recommended for" NAPS. If you mean USNA Admissions (not your BGO) has told you that you have been selected for NAPS pending your medical qualification, that's great -- as Old Navy says, sort of like an LOA for NAPS. If someone (BGO or otherwise) has suggested you'd be a good candidate for NAPS and thus "recommended" you, that's something else entirely. Really means nothing other than you're in the running with a lot of other folks for a NAPS slot.

It's also unclear whether you are incomplete in that you haven't taken your medical exam or incomplete b/c you have remedials, etc. Regardless, I'd get moving on it.
