Good Morning. I am currently a senior applying for West Point. I have done my DoDMERB and West Point has requested a waiver for me reguarding my eye sight. DoDMERB then requested additional information and more tests.
I have done my AMI appointments and sent the requested documents to my assigned optometrist.
But on my West Point portal, the directions state "(1) Continue to monitor https://dodmerb.tricare.osd.mil (2) Ensure DODMERB (NOT USMA!) has receieved (faxed/emailed) all your medical files pertaining to your DQ condition, and (3) Be prepared to wait up to 90-120 days for a determination".
For (2), does this mean I am required to submit all past records and documentation regarding my DQ condition? Would I submit this to my assigned optometrist?
