When I was in ROTC, one morning a month, unbeknownst to all of us Mids, someone would walk down from the offices before we started PT and call out a list of randomly selected names who were to provide a sample before leaving the building. Occasionally, they would do a clean sweep of the entire unit. Strongly suggest that if ROTC means anything to you, now is the time to stop.
Also, possibly a good time for an attitude change. Welcome to the military, where you're held to a higher standard than those around you, and sometimes things that they can do, you can't. You'll quickly find that people take things way more seriously both because the profession demands it and because we hold ourselves and each other to that higher standard. Call me "narc" or whatever you want. You'll find that people like me are more the norm than the exception in the military, especially among officers and officers in training.
