Every time I have tried to view my account for the past 2 weeks, this error message has popped up:

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for Oracle error '80040e14'

ORA-00936: missing expression

/view/applicant.asp, line 47

Does anyone know what this means?

It lasted a few months for my son. He finally had access just yesterday. I would recommend you call immediately and explain the situation. As of about 2 weeks ago, I was told that 600 applicants were impacted and each had to be individually resolved.

Good luck This is the icon you'll need to use. It doesn't really help, but at least it made me smile a bit.

My head still hurts. I stopped 2 days ago when my son called me to say he had access to his DoDMERB status. Now I just can't wait to see that the 1 simple remedial is completely cleared. Why do I think there will be something that was lost in the process surprise us soon? (Not a problem, I know how to do this and it helps so much.)

Definitely call or e-mail DoDMERB. The webmaster e-mail address can be found on the DoDMERB web site main page.
