Dr./Capt. Glenn Merchant is a criminal plain and simple. He took $895 from us and our minor child's medical records with no consultation. We have since filed reports with Colorado Springs Police Department, Colorado Bureau of Investigation, credit card company and insurance fraud. Is a scammer and identification thief, plain and simple. I would stay away from him and DoD MERBS Consultants.
