DoDMERB disqualified me for an issue I don't have

I received notice from DODMERBS that I am not medically qualified for USNA by reason of "a current or history of academic skills disorders, including but not limited to ADHD, dyslexia, learning disorders, or need for academic accommodations."

But I don't fit into any of these categories.

What should I do?
