DoDMERB for application?

I completed my medical exams this past week, and it's the last thing I have on my application. When I go to DoDMERB it still says under review. If DoDMETS doesn't send it in time for the due date of January 31st, is my application in jeopardy?

Medical need not be completed by Jan. 31. However, you must be medically qualified before USNA can offer you an appointment.
