DODMERB Orthopedic Questionnaire Problem

Hello,

I am currently trying to submit my DODMERB questionnaire but I am unable to without filling in the boxes for the Orthopedic issues. This does not apply to me so I was hoping someone could explain what I can do to fix this issue and submit the form.
