DoDMERB secure connection issues

I just got an email from DoDMERB Tricare directing me to follow a link for an important update on my medical exam. However when following the link it said the connection was not secure and I could not access the website. I download the windows certificates suggested in a similar thread to no avail. Anyone have suggestions?

Have you tried another browser? I have read that it could make a difference. My son has to use my computer for certain things as his just will not work. Good luck.
