I have been getting this HTTP 500 error and have been unable to connect yesterday and today.

I'm almost glad to hear this. My son has been trying to update his form with some of the history we've (I've ) gathered, and has not been able to access it.

Does this happen often?

I just tried the DoDMERB website and was able to get to the main page. I'm not sure if DoDMERB was doing some work on their web servers, or the base may have been experiencing some issues as well.

If this continues to happen please let me know via PM and I'll let someone at DoDMERB know about the issue.

It seems to be back up this morning as RetNavyHM said.

But I'm confused with your statement about "update his form".

I didn't think you could update anything at this site other than your basic info (name/address/etc)?

I could be very wrong about this, but I recall that you could change some of your answers from "no" to "yes", but not in the other direction. In reviewing his medical records, we found something minor that the whole family had forgotten about. He wanted to add it to his form.

If this is impossible, then how can he update the record?

This DoDMERB site is not one with the medical questionnaire, it is mainly a "status" page with DQ code explanations and forms.

Thank you. What a "DUH" moment. Everything is updated now. And I made my son so happy because he can tell everyone about my error.
