DoDMerb

Huh? Why?

Why on earth would you do this? The only reason I could assume taking this path is if you assume you will get a DQ.

Nobody in their right mind would contact DoDMERB to request a remedial before they know the results.

In the end, the answer is NO. You have no control whatsoever whether you get a remedial or a DQ.

Pima,
Thank you so much for your quick reply.

My DS had his physical. He has flexible flat feet. He has never had any symptoms. We saw a doctor who glanced at his feet and diagnosed him with flat feet and then made a not that he was symptomatic. That is the only reason he is disqualified. Well he has never had any symptoms. His pediatrician has always said he has flexible flat feet.
He should not really have to go through a waiver process for something he does not have in the first place? There was no remedial requested but in this case may be we should?
