I just saw this on my son's file:

Our Concorde case managers have identified some errors in your examination records. We are working to resolve these issues with your Providers.
No additional action is required on your behalf

His file was update on Jan 12th. Anyone know what this means and what type of errors there could be?

Thanks!

I would call the providers and ask. And push them to fix their crap.

I just called, his "sitting height" was incorrect on the exam form.

Thanks for giving me the push to call. I'll take the same approach in the future!

The exact same thing happened to me. I kept calling my case manager for updates, and I also had to go back in to have my sitting height remeasured. Be proactive and everything will be fine!

Who did you call? The doctor who did his exam? or someone at DODMERB? This just appeared on my daughter's file as well.

Answered on your thread, but call your assigned technician. Not the doctor. Most likely something was inaccurately recorded similar to these old posts from January.

Our DS got this error message. I let it go for a day then called the contact listed in the DODMET. They answered right away and were super friendly. She pulled up his file and told me what the clerical error was (Dr. was not completely versed in DOD paperwork). She said she was working with the Dr's office to resolve it. It was cleared up in the portal 2 days later and then moved on to DODMERB. Good luck to you!

Thank you. I called on Friday. the tech was very helpful. She said that both the eye doctor and the physician left something blank on the forms that they shouldn't have. She said she had contacted them, so hopefully they will correct the issue quickly. I took the opportunity to ask if the doctor had included the letters we had given them addressing a few items my daughter had to answer "yes" to on her forms. Both letters stated that she was cleared for all activity. After checking, she said that doctor did NOT send them. I have no idea why not. She gave me her email so that I could send them in directly.
