Does the admissions office work on weekends?

I am wondering if I will receive any news about appointments over the weekend.

I would expect that it depends on the individual - some people like to work weekends to catch up (I am sitting in my office on Saturday AM). In addition, many people are working from their home now, so its very easy to simply log in and catch up whenever time is available. That said, absent some big push (which is done for the most part), I wouldn't expect the Admissions staff to be working on weekends routinely, and wouldn't lose sleep waiting for some change in status to come in over the weekend.,

I wouldn't be surprised if they work WEs during the busy season. However, I would be surprised if portals are updated on the WE. Someone correct me if they've seen a WE update.
