The difference in me, my emotions, the tears, the worrying are like the difference between night and day. I really appreciate and want to thank the parent's, parent's sharing photos, comments and news. I feel completely at peace and my cup runneth over with pride for this class. This morning's phone call was completely different than the first. He sounded excited, happy, ready for football and class and excited about his new dorm. I heard strenght and pride and power in his voice....What a couple of week's of hell but here we go. Thanks again to all!

Great to hear good news

We haven't heard anything from our son yet. We're pretty sure he's been quarantined. He's also a football player. I just pray they can keep the flu from spreading and get everyone off on a fresh start for their classes. I sure hope they pound them with vitamins and those who have been sick-pack on the pounds and get strong for not only endurance of their tough class load but also their football season. Let's pray it's all over for PARENTS WEEK-END and we can see our PLEBES HAPPY AND HEALTHY and BEAT COAST GUARD!:thumb:
 
From what I heard if he's quarantined he should be calling home? You can call and find out, I have a number someone sent me last week. I didn't call because I was trusting the system in place but I have it if you want it, let me know. My son is #22 and is stated as Corner back on the team roster....was super excited to see his name there today. September can't get here fast enough for me too...Take care
