Is there a centralized list of reasons DoDMERB has DQ'd an applicant?

I THINK that it may be this. I did a little research way back when, and I found this. This is a comprehensive guide of medical standards for military service. It lists every condition that you could be disqualified for, and various other procedures.
DoDMERB disqualifies and applicant after looking (diligently and comprehensively) through medical records submitted for the exam, and any info pertaining to remedials. If there is something that is close to the guidelines, and there is no evidence to prove that the conditions are nonexistant, and cause no problems, than that applicant is disqualified, and needs either a remedial or waiver.
That is my knowledge, in a nutshell. However, and I should have said this before flapping my gums your BEST BET IS TO CONTACT MR. MULLEN.
You will find his e-mail in the sticky at the top of the thread, or anywhere in many of the other DoDMERB threads.
Good luck
While codes and standards exist....DoDMERB evaluates and determines if an applicant MEETS/does NOT meet standards. If an applicant does NOT meet standards for an Academy, they may be considered automatically for a medical waiver "if" they are competitive for an offer of appointment (Admissions determines that aspect of the applicant's application) and for ROTC, if they are offered a scholarship.
The accuracy of diagnosis, frequency, severity, etc. are all considerations before an applicant determination is finalized. As the Director is prone to say "You don't have asthma until, I say you have asthma."
So that list should be used with maximum degree of caution...
The only correction I'd make to this is that dodmerb does not look at you records an disqualify you only if the condition still exists. If they even see it they will auto-dq you and you need to collect documentation to prove that the condition(s) no longer exist/ no longer affect you.
