Does the Field Force Representative conduct the interview for USMA? If not, who does? Is the Field Force Representative like a BGO for the Naval Academy? Thank you

Yes. However, if a candidate went to SLE, they are interviewed there and that could count as an interview, but not always.
Or, a candidate may not be interviewed at all. It is not a requirement.

Yes.
