File Inadvertently closed, has anybody experienced this before?

My file was inadvertently closed, but now is reopened. Has anyone experienced this before? If so, what happened after and were you accepted or not? Also, because it was reopened a couple weeks ago, is it too late?

There were several posters who experienced this several weeks back. Didn’t hear their outcomes, just similar to you in that it was a mistake and their file was reopened. You’re still in the game. Keep pressing forward.

Our sons portal was locked. He reached out and it was reset. It was locked for a few weeks and it was during some glitches. He received appointment during locked portal time and could not see it. His admissions counselor let him know and then tech fixed it for him to view it and accept or decline.
