Have you passed your APFT? If not, the Army isn't going to pay any bills.
Does your school wait to be paid or do they expect you to pay up front and then reimburse you once the Army pays them. Each school is different, so it's hard for us to advise you if we don't know how your school does business. You need to contact the financial aid or admissions office at your school to get the correct answer. Be advised you are going to have to front at least your books, and possibly your tuition and fees. Not sure why you waited until the last minute to figure this out.
