On the overview page the left side says offered appointment
We have Derda and were told (via portal) that our son was 3Q Dec. 11. Got our nomination last Monday (Jan 25), now waiting to see if we get an appt..I know that it depends on the RC whether to tell candidates are 3q. Has anyone from the northeast or told by Captain Derda they are fully qualified?
I am from the northeast. Got my 3Q letter on my portal in October, appointment came last week!We have Derda and were told (via portal) that our son was 3Q Dec. 11. Got our nomination last Monday (Jan 25), now waiting to see if we get an appt..
Accepted my appointment last night on the portal (still waiting on the BFE)! Does anyone know how to tell which nom you were admitted through? I have a few and am curious which one I was appointed with. Thanks!
Yeah that's what I'm curious about; I have a Presidential, Son of Disabled Veteran, and Virginia-10 nomination. Unclear on which one I got in with.Look at your nominations and it will say the state abbreviation along with a number ...
For example NJ05 means New Jersey district 5 congressman
If the numbers are 61 or 62 it means it came from the senator .. Hope that helps
But not sure how you can tell which one was responsible for the appointment

Got it, either way it's relatively unimportant. All that matters is that I'm going to West Point and will begin my career in the Army! You won't know for sure until you graduate. I believe it shows up on the transcript or some other document.
The only way you could know before that with relative certainty was if you had received only one nomination.
Even if you had received a call from the MOC and had a Presidential, the call doesn't mean you were charged to the MOC's vacancy. It's just a courtesy that they extend to the MOC since the MOC did nominate you.
