President Bush came and spoke at the 2006 commencement, and not only did the grads and families have a blast - he had a good time too! Since there were only 202 graduates, he not only shook hands, but hugged, pointed and waved to parents and generally appeared to be having a good time. As a followup, one of the grads, who took 6 years (long story) embraced W and the photos have gone around the world, written up in blogs, on the Today show, NYTimes, etc. It was a great day in Kings Point and I'm glad there is some residual effect that is positive coming out of it.
