Hey everybody!

I'll be applying to USNA, USMA, and USAFA for the class of '26. My hopes and dreams are to serve my nation, learn to become a better leader and gain a unique experience- hopefully through one of the academies. I'll probably be posting questions here soon as the timeline for the application process progresses.
Thank you to all the helpers, parents, and veterans here, and I wish the best of luck to everyone else who is applying to the class of '26!

If you haven’t already found it, The Acronym List on the Home Screen is handy.

The Search function inside SAF is good, and you’ll also get results using a Google search string that includes site:wwww
.serviceacademyforums.com

There are several topics which occur each cycle, and you can often find answers by browsing those search results.

Of course, primary sources such as the service academy websites, DoDMERB website (go through every link in the menu in left-hand side of the page) and the elected officials’ nomination websites will have official info and should be your starting point. If you haven’t read every page, link and menu item at the sa.edu sites, I recommend it.

@Kanogo welcome and thank you for wanting to serve. Take a look at USCGA and USMMA also. Both also lead to serving our country, and they are often overlooked. Good luck in your quest.
