Help choosing schools

As of right now I am thinking of going into the medical corps, which both schools offer. However, I understand that spots are very limited so I was also thinking of becoming a pilot, which both school also offer.

You have two great options, congratulations.

That said, if you want to be a doctor, I'm a little puzzled by your desire to attend a SA. If you want to be a military doctor, I'd suggest there might be better ways to approach that objective than attending a SA. That might be your first consideration. OTOH, if you want to be a pilot, then between these two choices I'd recommend USNA for the reasons others have given.
