Help sending PM

I've been trying off and on for three weeks to respond to a PM from Tactical Nuke. Each time I try to send the message, I get the following message:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /private.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I'm sorry you've been having so much trouble.

Please try clearing your browser's cookies and attempt to pm again, and let me know if that is successful.

I've tried deleting the cookies and I'm still getting the forbidden message.

I'm in the process of researching a fix to this and will let you know when that is in place, thanks again for letting me know.
