High school transcript processing

I have all of my application package completed except for the high school transcript (all recommendations, interviews, etc.). I emailed USNA about two weeks ago inquiring about the transcript, and they said that the academy's record specialist is verifying the authenticity of the document and once she's finished, it will be reflected in my portal. The admissions office said that they received the transcript as part of my high school guidance counselor's academic information evaluation, which USNA received on the 24th of September (according to my portal). Before I talked to the admissions office, I also had my guidance counselor send a hard copy of my transcript, with my candidate number attached, to the academy. Do I have any recourse except continuing to wait? Is anybody else experiencing a similar situation? Thanks!

Sounds like you are experiencing the same situation as DS. Attached is a response he received from a local Field Admissions Coordinator on 12/15 (DS sent him an email inquiry). I’ll be honest, I’m still not sure if it showed up yet as after completing everything for Plans A-E, DS is laying low for a while re anything related to college (doesn’t want to check portals every day). He did mention that his nomination was added last week (in passing, with his headphones on, making himself food ) but I didn’t ask about anything else when he told me that. The only thing I think I’ll ask about in the next few wks is communication related to DODMERB since his exam was 12/21 & he doesn’t have the outcome for that yet. Good luck to you!

Patience. There is nothing to do but wait. They told you they had it in hand so you've done all you can. Did I say be patient?
