How do I submit my application?

I finished all of the required documents and filled out all the information that is needed for the application, but whenever I try to press submit nothing happens. The status says App on FIle so does that mean that I am all set or is there a screen that says "Application Submitted" or something like that?

Under Documents do ALL documents show green except 7th semester transcript

Re-read the most recent email from your regional representative. Should clarify expectations.

Yeah even the 7th semester transcript is green. I think I should be all set.

My current application shows everything as green with either a submitted or a verified complete except my 7 semester transcript, which is still being submitted. Will my file be reviewed if I am missing a 7 semester transcript? I tried emailing admissions but did not receive a clear response.
