How does the offer of appointment display in the portal

Any LOAs and appointments will appear in the new portal.
First, open the CIS in one tab: https://usnacandidate.force.com/cis/s/login/?ec=302&startURL=/cis/s/
Then, open a new tab keeping the CIS open and you should see any decisions in the new portal: https://usnacandidate.force.com/OnlineApp/TargetX_Portal__PB#/

Can someone post a screenshot of what the LOA or Appointment notification looks like? My DS finished his application in Dec, and this is how the new portal has looked since the beginning of Jan. Thanks!

It should look like this. In my case the decision was my LOA.

Happy to help! I did the same thing for about a month as well by the way, the system is very odd this year with their being too portal pages and all.

Agreed! has been quite the process haha especially with the pandemic...

I received a call about my appointment but it still hasn't updated in the portals described above. Does it just take a while to update or should I email my counselor about it?

mine looks exactly like that but my decision was for NAPS. Was yours an LOA for a direct appointment?

Did you follow the instructions given in the first reply to this thread? If so, I'd give it a week (a week since the call) and then contact admissions. No reasons to back that up, just for good measure.

Does the LOA say "We are pleased to advise you that the admissions board has recommended you for admission..." or does it say something else? My son got an LOA in December, but this newest notification (dated tomorrow?) has the above sentence as the first thing. Everything is checked off, but this seems like a 2nd LOA?
