How long for USAFA to update Qualified DoDMERB status?

I guess I just have to wait...DoDMERB Qualified (Potential Pilot Qualified) me around a week ago, but USAFA portal still has not updated. Is this normal? I have read other threads, and it seems like USAFA updated the medical status quickly for other people. Should I contact my counselor, or is it normal for them to take a while? Thanks!

My personal observation is that many of the systems appear to exchange in a batch mode (information exchanged on a periodic basic). As a result, don't worry if there is a week or two delay between the update of a status between the host and client systems.

Ours took at least three weeks to get updated on the USAFA site once the Potential Pilot Qualified showed up on DODMERB

Here's the deal...are you ready?

It'll update when they get around to it. DODMERB has to upload the information to USAFA and then USAFA has to take a peek; see if they agree (almost universally they do) and then they update the portal.

My DD said it took about 4-5 days for her USAFA portal to reflect a qualified physical exam from DODMERB. USNA was about 2-3 days.

Your admissions counselor won't be able to help you in the medical process. I took my last exam on Sept. 1, then it was reviewed by DoDMerb on Sept. 18th, after that my portal didn't update for another 2-4 days.

DS just told me his portal updated this morning. Took one week and one day from when he first was notified he was medically qualified. (West Point portal updated earlier this week, still waiting on USNA. Should be soon I would guess)
