How Long to Wait for a Remedial Request Letter?

My son had his exam in July, and then got a remedial request letter for 3 missing or incorrect items, one of which was the "reading aloud test". He did the remedial in early September and that case is closed on DODMETS. However, on DODMERB, it says the exam was reviewed on Sep 16 and requests the reading aloud test again. He has not received a second remedial letter from Concorde, and it has been more than a month. Is there something wrong?

We understood it had all been taken care of. He will start calling tomorrow himself, but it's tough to get through with practice after school. This is apparently a paperwork problem, not a reading problem, so it's frustrating.
 
I know sometimes it is difficult for the kids to find the time to make these calls. On this one I wouldn't see a problem with the parent calling.
 
My son needed to provide the records for the treatment of his broken clavicle and I called them during the day to find out what exactly they needed - no problems, very nice folks! The customer service rep will probably refer you to the lady who does the records input if you're just checking to see if somethings been received.
